Important: This Privacy Policy explains how ADBOOST DIGITAL SERVICES collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Viral-Edge platform. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Introduction; Purpose of Policy

ADBOOST DIGITAL SERVICES ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of all users of the viralledge.com platform (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets forth how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect personal data of any user of the Platform — including Advertisers, Creators/Businesses, and Viewers (subscribers). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your information as described here.

We aim to be transparent about our practices and to ensure that your personal data is handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and best practices.

2. Definitions

In this Policy:

  • "User" or "you" means any individual or entity using the Platform — whether as an Advertiser, Creator/Business, or Viewer (subscriber).
  • "Personal Data" means any information relating to a natural person — or data which, alone or in combination with other data, can be used to identify that person. This includes, but is not limited to, name, email address, phone number, billing/payment information, account credentials, profile information, usage data, and any other data described below.
  • "Services" refers to the Platform's services including registration, subscription, content streaming/viewing, campaign management, payment processing, analytics, communication, and other related features.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following categories of Personal Data from Users, depending on how you use the Platform:

3.1 Account and Registration Data
  • Name or business name (as applicable)
  • Email address
  • Contact information (e.g., phone number, address), if provided
  • Username, password, and other credentials required to secure your account
  • Business or tax-related information if you register as a business or advertiser
3.2 Payment and Subscription Data (for Viewers / Subscribers / Advertisers / Businesses)
  • Payment method information (e.g., billing address, payment processor identifiers). Note: the Company may rely on third-party payment processors for actual handling of credit card or payment card data. We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials unless required for compliance, and under secure conditions. Similar to the approach of other video/hosting platforms using third-party payment services.
  • Subscription status, history, plan type, payment date, billing history, transaction amounts, and other relevant payment metadata.
3.3 Usage Data & Platform Interaction Data
  • Data about how you use the Platform: e.g., which pages you access, viewed content (videos, ads), time and duration of sessions, interactions (clicks, likes, comments, shares), device type, browser type, IP address, timestamps, metadata associated with content (e.g., video identifiers, ad campaign identifiers).
  • Analytics data about performance of campaigns (if you are Advertiser or Creator), viewing statistics, engagement metrics.
3.4 Communications Data
  • Any messages, inquiries, support requests or correspondence between you and the Company (e.g., via email, support@viralledge.com, contact or feedback forms).
  • Notifications and alerts related to your account, subscription, campaign status, or Platform updates.
3.5 Optional / Additional Data
  • Any other data you voluntarily submit (e.g., profile picture, bio or business description, promotional content, social media links).
  • Metadata associated with content you upload (if you are a Creator/Business), such as titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails.

4. How We Use Your Information — Purposes of Processing

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your user account, authenticate your identity, and provide access to the Platform.
  • To manage subscriptions, payments, billing, and payment history for Viewers (and for billing Advertisers/Businesses).
  • To enable content delivery: provide video streaming, display ads or content, track views, engagements, and credit viewers (or compensate creators) as per Platform model.
  • To process and manage campaigns: for Advertisers/Businesses and Creators — including campaign creation, content submission, analytics, reporting, and settlement.
  • To communicate with you: send account-related notifications, updates, support responses, invoices, payment receipts, marketing or promotional messages (if you opt in), and other relevant correspondence.
  • To monitor and analyze Platform usage: for internal analytics, performance metrics, improving user experience, detecting fraud or abuse, ensuring security, debugging issues, and optimizing the Platform.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting requirements (e.g., payment records, audit, compliance).
  • To enforce our policies: detect and prevent violations, protect Platform integrity, comply with applicable law, and defend our rights.

We process data under legitimate business interests (e.g., improving service, preventing abuse), contractual necessity (subscription/payment processing), and — where required — consent (e.g., optional profile data, marketing communications). This aligns with standard principles for transparent data processing.

5. Data Sharing, Disclosure, and Third Parties

We will not rent or sell your Personal Data to unaffiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your explicit consent. However, we may share or disclose Personal Data in the following circumstances:

  • With third-party payment processors when processing subscription fees or payments; such processors handle payment data under their own privacy and security protocols. This approach matches that of other video/hosting/payment-service platforms.
  • With service providers or contractors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting providers, analytics providers, technical support, email delivery, fraud detection). We require such providers to maintain confidentiality, and to process data only for the purposes we specify.
  • With our affiliates or business partners — but only where necessary to fulfill a contract or service you requested (e.g., advertisers working with a creator, campaign partners, compliance tasks).
  • In connection with legal obligations: when required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; or to enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud or other wrongdoing; or to protect our rights, property or safety — or that of other Users.
  • In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, insolvency, sale of assets or similar transaction — in which case data may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity, subject to this Policy or a new policy.

We will disclose only the data necessary in each case and will endeavor to require that recipients abide by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection standards.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your Personal Data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide the Platform's services.

If you close or delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, except for data that we must retain for legitimate business, legal, tax, or accounting purposes (e.g., transaction history, tax records, financial audits, or to address legal claims). This is similar to practices of established video/streaming platforms.

We may retain certain non-personal logging or aggregated/anonymous data (e.g., usage statistics, performance metrics) for internal analytics, research, and quality improvement — provided it does not identify you personally.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Such measures may include encryption, secure transmission (e.g., SSL/TLS), access controls, secure storage, regular security assessments, and other industry-standard safeguards. This aligns with general best practices for online platforms.

However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security — and you accept that any transmission is at your own risk.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or believe your data has been compromised, you must notify us promptly at support@viralledge.com.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your role and jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your Personal Data. These may include:

  • Access: request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you.
  • Correction: request correction of inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information.
  • Deletion: request deletion of your Personal Data (subject to retention policies for legal/administrative obligations as described above).
  • Opt-out or withdrawal of consent: where processing is based on consent (e.g., marketing communications, optional profile data), you may withdraw consent.
  • Object or restrict processing: in certain cases (e.g., direct marketing, automated profiling) where applicable.

9. Children & Minors

Our Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of majority in their jurisdiction (e.g., under 18 years of age). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete such data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or Platform features.

If we made material changes (i.e., changes that significantly affect how we process your data), we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy and — for registered users — notify you via email or through a notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
