You — as Advertiser, Subscriber/Viewer, Creator, or Business — acknowledge that any use of the Platform, participation in campaigns, viewing content, or investing money (subscription, advertising spend, etc.) involves risks. You accept all such risks voluntarily and agree that we are not liable for any losses, damages, or disappointments resulting from your use of the Platform.
Unless otherwise stated, all Content, materials, media, design, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, videos, and other intellectual property on the Platform are owned by the Company or by third-party licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or redistribution of such Content is prohibited, except as expressly permitted under our Terms of Service or with prior written permission from the Company.
The Company is not responsible or liable for Content submitted by Users (Creators, Advertisers, Viewers) — including but not limited to user-generated videos, ads, comments or uploaded media. The presence of such Content on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of quality, or validation of its accuracy, legality or suitability.
If you rely on any such third-party or user-generated Content, you do so at your own risk.
The Platform may contain advertisements, links, or embedded content provided by third-parties (including advertisers, sponsors, or external service providers). We do not guarantee continuous availability, and we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by such modifications, suspensions, or terminations.
